Park Rd.

Downtown Toronto

A complete high-floor renovation at Bloor and Park — custom wallpaper, a full finishing package, and a view worth building around.

Back to all Projects

High above Bloor and Park Road, this downtown residence was renovated from end to end. Jack Creasy Design led the interiors, and the result is a home defined by confident material choices — most visibly the custom wallpaper that anchors the space.

Condominium work at this elevation carries its own set of demands, and Dovetail handles them the same way we handle a custom home: with planning, protection and a schedule that respects the building and everyone living in it.

Project Story

The Challenge.

Everything that goes into a high-floor condominium renovation arrives through a single service elevator, on a booking, in a window. There is no lay-down area, no dumpster on the driveway and no room to improvise. The build is only as good as the logistics behind it.

Luxury Begins With the Right Partner

The home you're imagining?
Let's build it.

One conversation is all it takes to find out what your project could look like — and what it would honestly cost. No pressure, just straight answers from the builder himself.
