Complete gut renovations from top to bottom — everything removed, updated, and rebuilt to a custom-home standard. We manage every trade in sequence, keep the schedule tight, and ensure every finish reflects the quality of the design.
Main Floor Renovations
Open concept conversions, kitchen transformations, main floor reconfigurations. We handle the structural work required to remove walls and install beams, plus all the finishes that follow — flooring, millwork, lighting, and everything in between.
Kitchen Renovations
From $80,000. Custom cabinetry, stone countertops, integrated appliances, and trade-coordinated plumbing and electrical. We work with your designer or connect you with ours.
Bathroom Renovations
From $20,000. Full gut and rebuild — custom tile, glass enclosures, heated floors, wall-mounted fixtures. Every Dovetail bathroom is finished with the same attention to detail as the rest of the home.
Additions We Build
Second Storey Top-Ups
Adding a full second storey to a bungalow or expanding a partial upper floor. The most transformative addition you can make — doubles your living space without touching your lot coverage. From $350,000.
Rear Additions
Extending your home’s footprint into the backyard — single or multi-storey. Creates the open main floor space that older Toronto homes typically lack. From $150,000 for single-storey.
Side Additions
Where the lot permits, side additions can add a mudroom, garage, or additional living space without touching the backyard. From $120,000.
